This year we will again offer SSSR members and conference attendees two different payment options for advanced registration for the Tenth Annual Meeting in Boulder, Colorado (June 12-15, 2003). We would also like to encourage individuals to pay 2003 dues at the same time.

The first method is by check.
To register for the conference and/or pay dues by check, please complete the registration form that can be found below and mail it with a check to Darlene Beeman (Association Manager) at the address listed on the registration form.

The second method is by credit card.
To register by credit card, please complete the registration form including e-mail, credit card number, expiration date, and signature and fax it to Don Compton (SSSR Treasurer) at (615) 322-8136.
This is a secure fax machine that will only be used for SSSR registration. Your credit card account will be debited for the amount listed on the "total" line of the registration form. Don Compton will then send you confirmation via e-mail. Those attending the conference may pick up receipts when they check-in at conference registration. For those just paying dues, Darlene Beeman will send a receipt to you via the mail. Registration and dues payment via credit card will be available starting Monday February 24.

The deadline for advanced registration is May 1, after which registration rates increase by $25. All fees listed on the registration form are in US dollars.
