Information For Delegates Presenting Interactive Papers.

Participants who are presenting spoken papers (included those in symposia) will be allotted 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for a questions/answer period. Session Chairs are asked to strictly enforce time limits in order for conference attendees to move from one room to another between papers. A laptop (PC) and LCD projector will be available in each conference room.

Participants who are presenting interactive posters may display their posters from 8 am to 5 pm on the scheduled day of presentation. Poster boards are 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide. "Poster putty" will be available to hang posters.

Registration will remain open for first authors until June 10th.
However, a $25 late fee will be charged after May 16.
