Sixteenth Annual Meeting Society for the Scientific Study of ReadingJune 25-27, 2009 Boston, Massachusetts Program Chair: Hugh Catts Conference Coordinator: Nonie Lesaux
Participants who are presenting spoken papers (including those in symposia) will be allotted 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for a questions/answer period. Session Chairs are asked to strictly enforce time limits in order for conference attendees to move from one room to another between papers. A laptop (PC) with Powerpoint 2003 and LCD projector will be available in each conference room.
Participants who are presenting interactive posters may display their posters from 8 am to 5 pm on the scheduled day of presentation. Poster boards are 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide; posters can be displayed with push pins (provided). The boards are also Velcro-compatible.
The final program will be posted on the website by June 17th. Please use this program to determine the room and time of your spoken paper or the day and poster board # of your interactive paper.
On-line registration will remain open for first authors until May 15. If you are serving as a symposium chair, please direct your participants to this page (http://www.triplesr.org/conference/docs/09PresenterInfo-090420.php).
