Hotels

The society has agreements with two different hotels for conference lodging near the Berlin conference center. Both hotels have indicated that reservations include breakfast. These agreements are valid through March 7, 2010, so please do not wait to book hotel reservations! The first is the conference hotel connected to the conference center. To view the accommodations of the conference center please follow the link to the conference center at http://www.seminaris.com/index.asp?tree_id=40. The rates for rooms are 105,50 euro/night single; 138,50 euro/night double. To book a room in the conference hotel please go to the conference link and download the use “This Form” document found on the SSSR conference page and either fax or email it to the conference center. This form has the SSSR password on it and will guarantee the conference rate for you. (This rate will be extended for conference attendees arriving before or staying past the conference dates based on availability of rooms.) You will receive confirmation (with a reservation number) via a return fax. We also have an agreement with the Best Western hotel as an overflow hotel located 10 minutes from the conference center by public transportation. Rates for the Best Western are 95 euro/night single; 118 euro/night double.
