Registration Information

We will NOT provide on-site registration for the conference and therefore we require that all conference attendees register prior to coming (name tags will be provided at the conference). You will receive a receipt for conference registration via email. To register for the conference please go here. (To register someone else, go here.) Registration includes admission to the conference for proceedings taking place July 7-July 10 (excluding the preconference proceedings), morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch buffet July 8-10 (breakfast is provided by the conference hotel and overflow hotel). We ask first authors, and interested second authors, to register quickly as space is limited for the conference. You will be rewarded with a $25 discount on the registration fee if you register before June 1. Registration fees are as follows:

We will NOT be handing out paper versions of the program at the conference, a final copy of the program will be posted on the website 2 weeks before the conference which you can download, print, and bring to the conference.
