Cancellation Policy

Refunds for the full registration amount minus a $25 administration fee will be granted for requests made via email to scientificstudy.reading@gmail.com by June 10th 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Since you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements, SSSR is not responsible for non-transferable, non-refundable accommodation or airline tickets purchased in connection with attendance at this conference.

Attendance Guidelines

SSSR encourages attendees to engage in the whole conference, so as to maximise the potential for stimulating and thought-provoking discussions around the spoken papers, interactive papers, and symposia on offer. As such, presentations can be scheduled at any time on any date of the conference. That said, we strive to make our conferences as inclusive and accessible as possible, and we recognise that it is not always possible for delegates to attend the whole conference. If there is a reason why you cannot present on a particular date, we will attempt to accommodate your request only if the request is made by May 15th 2024. There will be no option to present virtually.
