Welcome to the 2026 annual meeting of the Society for the Scientific Study of Reading (SSSR) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Location: Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam

Attendance Commitment

Delegates are expected to attend the conference in its entirety. Please ensure your travel arrangements accommodate sessions running through Saturday evening, July 18.

To maintain the integrity of the program, scheduling requests cannot be granted except in exceptional circumstances related to health or religious obligations. Should you have unavoidable travel constraints, please submit a formal notification to scientificstudy.reading@gmail.com no later than May 8. Beyond this deadline, we are unable to guarantee any accommodations for presentation scheduling.

Hotel Guidance

Hotel reservations are limited to conference registrants. A link to the Hotel Booking Tool will be provided in your registration confirmation email. We recommend booking early due to limited availability.
