Scheduling

Scheduling requests for health or religious obligations had to be submitted by May 8 to scientificstudy.reading@gmail.com. Requests submitted after that date cannot be considered.

Refunds / Withdrawals

To withdraw and receive a refund (less administrative fees) complete the withdrawal before June 5. Refunds are not available after that date.

Co-author scheduling

Because of the conference’s scale, the Program Committee cannot review or accommodate individual co-author schedules to avoid conflicts across multiple sessions; scheduling priority is given to presenting authors.
