  • When will the full conference program be released?
Submission decisions will be notified by January 16, 2026. The detailed program is typically released in the months following the decision notifications as the schedule is finalized. We expect to release the program in early June.
  • When does registration officially open and close?
Registration is scheduled to open on January 20, 2026 and close May 8, 2026.

Attendance & Scheduling

  • As an author, am I expected to attend the full conference?
Yes. Full conference attendance is expected of all presenting delegates. By registering, presenters acknowledge this commitment to be available for the duration of the event (Thursday, July 16 – Saturday, July 18).
  • Can I make a special scheduling request for my presentation?
To ensure a cohesive program, individual scheduling requests will not be granted. Exceptions are strictly limited to documented health or religious obligations and must be made no later than May 8, 2026.
  • What if I am a presenting author and can no longer attend?
You have three options: (1) Transfer authorship to a co-author who will present, (2) Retain authorship but delegate the presentation to a registered co-author/colleague, or (3) Withdraw the submission entirely.

Submissions & Presenting

  • How many papers can I present?
Attendees can be the first/presenting author on only one spoken or interactive (poster) paper. The only exception is for symposium discussants, who may also submit one abstract for a paper or poster.
  • What is the deadline for presenters to register?
The first author of any accepted submission or the chair of a symposium must register by April 24, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the automatic removal of the submission from the program.
  • What are the Poster Dimensions?
Orientation: Posters must be in Portrait orientation (taller than they are wide). Dimensions: The usable poster area on the boards is 97 cm wide x 122 cm high (approx. 38 inches x 48 inches). Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions. Mounting Materials: The boards have a felt surface, and push-pins will be provided on-site by the hotel.
  • Can I print my poster locally?
The conference venue has a convenient on-site printing center called PrinterPro located on the 4th floor of the Postillion. For more details, click here. The website is in Dutch.
