SSSR's Thirty-Fourth Annual Conference will be held in-person at Le Meridien Santiago, Santiago, Chile. Key dates, registration details, and submission information are listed below. All abstract submissions are managed through Ex Ordo, SSSR's official conference platform.

All deadlines end at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, North America. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Proposal Submissions
The submission portal is managed through Ex Ordo and will open on September 28, 2026. The submission link will be shared via the SSSR listserv and posted here once the portal is live. Submissions that fail to follow posted guidelines may not be reviewed.

Registration
Full conference overview will be posted here before registration opens on January 25, 2027. Presenting authors and discussants must register by April 16, 2027, to secure their place in the programme. Failure to register by this deadline will result in the automatic removal of a submission from the programme.
