An evening designed for connection

Whether this is your first SSSR conference or your twentieth, the conference dinner offers a relaxed opportunity to meet new colleagues, reconnect with collaborators, and enjoy the Rotterdam waterfront together.

The evening will take place in the Foyer at LantarenVenster, with a welcome reception, dinner buffet, and coffee, tea, and sweets to close the night.

Travel from the conference venue

• On foot: about 30 minutes from the Postillion Hotel WTC Rotterdam, including a walk across the Erasmus Bridge with views of the Rotterdam skyline.
• By public transport: about 15–20 minutes from Beurs station via Metro D/E or Tram 3/5 to Wilhelminaplein, followed by a short walk.
• Taxi / Uber: about 5 minutes, depending on traffic.

Rotterdam's city center is generally easy to navigate by foot and public transport, including in the evening.
