We have reserved a block of rooms at the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel (the conference venue host), which conference delegates can book at a reduced rate of 239 CAD per night.
To book a room at the conference rate, you must first register for the conference. In your conference registration confirmation email, you will have the opportunity to book your hotel through our reservation link. The group rate is available for stays from Tuesday, July 15, 2025, to Sunday, July 20, 2025. The last day to book at the reduced rate is Monday, June 16, 2025. As availability is limited, we encourage delegates to book early. If you have any questions or need assistance with the reservation link, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Letters of Acceptance for Travel Visa Purposes will be provided on a rolling basis for SSSR 2025 accepted authors. If you are an author and require a letter of acceptance, please register for SSSR 2025 to receive this letter. SSSR cannot provide any further guidance regarding visas, and we cannot provide a visa letter until you have registered for the conference. Visa letter requests can be made via the conference registration form.
