Accommodation
We have reserved some rooms at the Scandic Falkoner Hotel (the conference venue), which conference delegates can book at a reduced rate. We have also reserved some rooms at the nearby Scandic Kødbyen Hotel, which can also be booked at a reduced rate. The Scandic Kødbyen Hotel is located 2.5 km from the Scandic Falkoner Hotel. This is approximately 35 minutes by foot or 20 minutes by public transport.

Visa Information
You may require a visa to enter Denmark. It is your responsibility to ensure that you apply for the correct visa for your requirements. Information on applying for a visa can be found here.
SSSR cannot provide any further guidance in relation to visas, and we cannot provide a visa letter until you have registered for the conference. Visa letter requests can be made via the conference registration form.
